LOVEATHLETICS09 BOLT DANCE COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The LoveAthletics09 Bolt Dance is
a skill-based competition where participants submit a video to YouTube for a
chance to win tickets to the Aviva Grand Prix at Crystal Palace, London on Friday
24th July 2009.
The competition consists of a dance
challenge, where participants must create and film a “Bolt Dance” video.
Videos will be evaluated by both
YouTube viewers and The Judging Panel, who will choose the winning entry in
accordance with these Rules.
THE
PRIZE
The first prize is 4 tickets to the
Aviva Grand Prix at Crystal Palace, London on Friday 24th July 2009,
with the opportunity to dance on the track at Crystal Palace with Usain Bolt. Children
must be accompanied by at least one legal guardian. Prize includes travel and accommodation
(24th July 2009 only) within UK only.
There are 10 runners up prizes of
2 x tickets to the Aviva Grand Prix at Crystal Palace, London on Friday 24th
July 2009. Travel and accommodation is not included. Children must be accompanied by at least one
legal guardian.
The prize must be accepted as
offered and it is not transferable, there will be no alternative awards, cash
or otherwise.
HOW TO ENTER:
No purchase necessary
To enter the competition, visit www.youtube.com/loveathletics09
before
16th July 2009 and create and submit one (1) original “Bolt Dance” Video.
Submissions are made by posting
to a YouTube account and alerting LoveAthletics09 through YouTube Messaging
System. LoveAthletics09 will confirm acceptance of the entry by adding the user
as a friend.
All Videos entered will be
reviewed by representatives of UKA / FastTrack to determine eligibility and
suitability. Entrants must drive traffic to their Video to get that Video as
many views as possible between 15th June 2009 and 16th
July 2009.
The competition is open to residents in the British Isles, except employees and
their families of Aviva/UKA or anyone connected with the competition

ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.
Subsequent entries will be
disqualified. All entries must be posted on YouTube between 15th
June 2009 and 16th July 2009.
Entries are void if they are in
whole or part illegible, incomplete, damaged, offensive, altered, counterfeit,
obtained through fraud, or late. All entries will be deemed made by the
registered user of the YouTube account via which the Video is submitted at the
time of entry, and potential finalists may be required to show proof of being
the account holder.
JUDGING:
On 16th July 2009 UKA
/ FastTrack will evaluate all entrants and the entries with the highest views (based
on a quantitative assessment of the Videos’ YouTube viewcount) generated on YouTube
between 15th June and 16th July 2009 will be scored by
the Judging Panel.
The potential prize winners will
be notified of their selection via a message to their YouTube Site user account
using the YouTube Messaging System and/or email on 17th July 2009
and will need to respond with 72 hours, or the prize will be offered to another
entrant.
Prize winners will be notified by
email by 12pm on Friday 17th July 2009. Winners must confirm
acceptance of the prize within 72 hours otherwise the right to claim the prize
will be lost and the promoter reserves the right to re-award the prize.
Winners must agree to participate
in reasonable publicity as specified by the promoter and agree to publication
of their names and photos
