Make your dance
You have until 16th July to make your dance and upload it to YouTube, send LoveAthletics09 a message with your vid entry attached and submit it to YouTube.com/LoveAthletics09.

If you don't send us a message then we won't know that you've submitted an entry!

Spead the word
Until 16th July, you have to get your dance as many views as possible. Share it with your mates, embed it, tweet about it, blog about it - just do what you gotta do!

Judging
The 10 dances with the most views on YouTube.com/LoveAthletics09 get shown to Usain Bolt, who will select the winner!

Winner gets to show off their moves on the track with Usain Bolt at the Aviva Grand Prix in London on Friday 24th July.

The winner as chosen by Usain Bolt, will get  4 VIP tickets for the Aviva London Grand Prix at Crystal Palace National Sports Centre on Friday 24th July 2009. Includes travel and accomodation within the UK.

There are 10 runners up prizes of 2 tickets to the Aviva Grand Prix on Friday 24th July 2009 (Travel and Accomodation not included).

Usain Bolt will be competing on Friday 24th July.
